My name is Anna Aronov. For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of life sciences, healthcare, and technology — building and scaling commercial operations, launching products globally, and partnering with C-suite leaders at companies like Merck & Co. and Abbott.
Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about leading high-performing teams, driving business transformation, and creating lasting impact. But what I’ve loved most is helping people grow — professionally and personally.
That’s what led me to become a certified executive and professional coach. Today, through my practice, Adonata, I support leaders who want to show up with more purpose, energy, and strategic clarity — at every stage of their journey.
